The Park Summit Condominium is a sub-association beneath the Park Summit Homeowners Association. The Condominium pays monthly assessments to Park Summit as well as Park Summit Homeowners Association. The Condominium assessment covers direct condominium expenses, and the Park Summit HOA assessment covers the Park Summit HOA common areas and all the amenities.
Park Summit Condominium consists of 6 buildings and common elements adjacent to and surrounding each building. A boundary line, shown on the condominium plat, separates the condominium from Park Summit HOA common property. The maintenance of the grounds within the boundary is the responsibility of the condominium association. The property outside the boundary is owned and maintained by Park Summit HOA. The Condominium Association has no direct authority over common areas outside its boundaries.
Please be aware that it is the homeowner’s responsibility to share relevant information provided to you by the Park Summit Association with any tenants or other non-homeowners living in your home, including all governing documents of the Association.
